I've noticed that old dlc's have different 'Next' button , now it make sense why the script had 'firstClickAlt'
please don't copy and rename the firstclick.png like i did on this video its wrong.
do this instead
open an old dlc' ex. [[Pre-Order Bonus 01] [Ordinary Maid Set]]
and get the bottom right button and save it to firstClick.png
open a recent dlc ex. [[CM3D2 Shop] [Monthly Pack 12]]
get the bottom right button and save it as firstClickAlt.png

I try to run the game, and its just a black screen, help

Now i got all that to work my game won't load and i have traced it to the opengl32.dll file. Any advide on what to do?

I got the game to work and then I went to download the dlc. Whenever I boot up the game it is just on a plain black screen. I don't know if it is loading or what. hey, i figured out what i think is a source of many issues with your tutorial:
the link to sybaris that you have in descr, leads to com - custom maid order, and not custom maid.
when i did things with cm3 instead of cmo3 sybaris, first time install worked with no further issues:
i have yet to play the game, but launching and everything else works fine.
also ntleas link leads to a zip with no executable,
an older version 1.0 can be used instead (albeit it wasnt required in my case)
edit: game works just fine, day 27

I downloaded the game version with all the DLCs (51G), run the CM3D2, open the game updates menu (the one with the back maid) when starting the game, the screen goes black with a number in the upper right corner and a The right side numbers change, but the game is locked on this black screen. So... this is what happened in my case. I downloaded the game, not from the link you provided, but from IGG. Not an important fact, but felt like I should mention it. The important thing is, the game worked perfectly with a Sybaris I downloaded from NoctSoul (Bless that soul), but after I shut my laptop down and played the next day, I got stuck at the screen where it shows the parameter increase. There's just nothing there, no button, no window, nothing. I tried clicking around, faintly hoping that the button is there, but I just can't see it, like when I applied a 1.25 HF patch to a 1.33 Version. No response. The only button on the screen was the setting button, and the only window on the screen is the amount of money you have, cleanliness etc. I tried multiple things multiple times, like trying to mess around with the files, copying some of them and leaving the others, changing around the setting, running it as administrator, and still no luck. Now, all I want is just the uncensor patch, but I couldn't find it anywhere. If you know what the problem is, then I would be very thankful if you answer. For now, I'll try the first Sybaris patch you put in the description. (The one that doesn't have NoctSoul's name)

So, I am downloading the Sukebei (Mirror 2) for the Base Game which also contains all DLC's and practically the whole game files instead of being an installer.
